Risk of Loss

All items purchased from NadinedeLange.com are F.O.B. at our fulfillment center. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the purchaser’s obligation to notify the carrier of non receipt of your order within 15 days from the date of purchase. You waive all claims and chargeback rights if you fail to notify the carrier and NadinedeLange.com of non-delivery within the aforementioned 15 day period. You understand that a signature may be required for delivery of your order.

Sales Tax

NadinedeLange.com collects federal sales tax for items being shipped to Canada only. NadinedeLange.com collects an additional provincial sales tax for items being shipped to Ontario only. The current federal tax rate is 6%, the current provincial tax rate for Ontario is 8%.

Returns & Exchanges

NadinedeLange.com offers an unconditional money back guarantee on all non-modified items sold through our websites. You are responsible for insuring that your return reaches us. NadinedeLange.com is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you refuse delivery of a package, you authorize NadinedeLange.com to charge your credit card a fee of $25.00 to cover the return cost of the refused package.

Shipping

You understand that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You accept title to the goods when they pass from our warehouse to the common carrier. Non-Canadian and rural addresses may require additional time for delivery. The carrier denotes rural and residential addresses and you hereby agree to abide by the carriers classification. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of processing (EST). All orders must be received by 3pm EST for same day processing. Orders received after 3pm EST may not process until the following business day. All shipping days are standard business days and may not include weekends and holidays. All domestic and international orders are shipped with Federal Express, Smart Mail, DHL, U.S.P.S., or Alternate carrier. (NadinedeLange.com Retains the right to select which carrier is used and select an alternate carrier if necessary) Not all services are available to P.O. boxes and A.P.O. addresses. Orders with incorrect address information that has to be corrected by a common carrier or NadinedeLange.com will incur an additional $20.00 Charge. Please check your address information carefully. By placing an order you authorize NadinedeLange.com, in the event of an address correction, to charge you an additional $20.00 fee.

International Duties and Fees

International customers are responsible for all Import Duties and/or Customs charges as charged by the receiving country. Please check with your local customs office to verify that the customs charges that may be applied are acceptable before completing your order. Certain countries charge as much as 500% of the value of your order. By placing an order at NadinedeLange.com you authorize NadinedeLange.com to bill your credit card any unpaid duties and/or custom charges in the event that you fail to pay these fees directly to your customs office or through a common carrier. If you refuse to pay these duties your package may be destroyed or sold at auction by your local customs office and you will remain responsible for the full price of the purchase as well as all shipping costs.
